Overview In this role you drive the Web3 Platform's evolution as a technical leader within DTCC's Technology Research & Innovation team. You will shape platform reliability, automation, and security while partnering with engineering, architecture, and product teams to scale our mission-critical workloads. You'll implement CI/CD, observability, and secure deployment practices across globally distributed teams. Responsibilities- Design and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines for application development and deployment
- Collaborate with engineers and admins to implement reliable, efficient solutions
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Implement CI/CD processes and support development teams
- Monitor and optimize system performance for availability, scalability, and security
- Define monitoring and alerting to detect incidents promptly
- Enhance security of infrastructure, apps, and systems ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Stay current with DevSecOps and cybersecurity best practices
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures and controls
Key requirements- 8+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) experience in DevSecOps pipelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of provisioning and IAC tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
- Strong Java and Angular development skills
- Experience with RESTful services and agile delivery
- Experience with SCM/CI/CD tools (Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar)
- Agile methodology experience (JIRA)
- CI/CD development experience (Jenkins Groovy/Python)
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
- Database skills (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
