Responsibilities for this Quality Control Engineer:
Support and strengthen SQF and food safety programs
Lead quality and process improvements that directly impact production
Troubleshoot with operations and apply engineering problem-solving
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
Build a strong food safety culture through training and communication
Minimum Requirements for this Quality Control Engineer:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Packaging
Internship to 3 years of experience in packaging, paper, food or manufacturing quality
HACCP Certification required or ability to obtain quickly
Comfortable using meters, gauges and basic testing tools
Clear communicator with strong analytical and RCA skills
Bonus: JD Edwards, Quality Windows or ParcView experience
