Overview In this role you support the Risk Management team by overseeing docket operations and maintaining the docket database across Litigation, Corporate, and Administrative departments. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while learning and growing with the team. The position offers a hybrid schedule with on-site days and Pacific Time availability during training, focusing on accurate deadline management, docket policy updates, and cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risk and improve processes.

Responsibilities- Review court, agency, and client documents to identify relevant deadlines
- Calculate and enter court and regulatory deadlines into the docket database
- Respond to inquiries from attorneys and staff about docket entries
- Maintain rule sets used in the docket software
- Provide ongoing training on docket policies, procedures, and rule changes
- Monitor electronic court filings
- Assist in data collection and analysis for Risk Management projects
- Calendar 83b filing deadlines into CompuLaw
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key requirements- Experience with automated docketing/calendaring programs (CompuLaw preferred)
- Knowledge of federal and state court structures, procedures and filing requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal direction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- 5+ years calendaring experience in a law firm or legal department
- Proficiency in automated docketing/calendaring programs
