Overview In this role you will lead the global demand engine for Five9, shaping campaign strategy, ABM, partner, customer marketing, events, and the sales development function. You will own pipeline targets and budget across regions, balancing international market needs with regional sales motions. You will apply AI to audience selection, creative production, and measurement, driving a data-informed path from awareness to qualified opportunities. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver measurable pipeline and bookings in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities- Own global campaign strategy, calendar, channel mix, and offer architecture from awareness to sales conversation
- Set pipeline targets by region/segment/industry and allocate budgets accordingly
- Design regional market approaches (language, local behavior, sales motions) and manage end-to-end demand budget
- Lead ABM for strategic/named accounts, including selection, orchestration, and creative per account
- Direct global Sales Development, including coverage models, capacity planning, and quota setting
- Oversee partner and customer marketing to generate partner-sourced/partner-influenced pipeline and manage MDF
- Manage events portfolio as integrated campaigns with pre-show targeting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
- Build and maintain a global, high-performing team; align cross-functional partners (Product Marketing, Brand, Ops, Analytics)
- Represent the demand engine to the executive team with a clear view of what works and what to change
Key requirements- 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 8 years in leading demand generation for B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Experience running demand across Americas and international markets with regional buying behavior and sales motions
- Leadership of a sales development organization or close partnership with SDR-driven demand
- Proven ability to design and scale ABM programs for enterprise accounts with Sales collaboration
- Partner or channel marketing experience including co-marketing and MDF management
- Experience owning an events portfolio at scale, including large owned conferences
- Customer marketing or installed-base demand experience recommended
- Expert in funnel metrics, attribution, ROI, and budget allocation with ability to defend numbers to Sales/Finance
- Hands-on familiarity with modern demand stack (CRM, marketing automation, ABM/intent, sales engagement, BI)
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and applying them to demand generation (creation, audience, localization, outreach, productivity)
