Responsibilities- Manage and guide a team of Data Scientists
- Lead research projects, design studies, collect data, and summarize findings for leadership
- Develop and apply algorithms/models to improve business metrics and operations
- Present findings to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions
- Ensure analytics deliverables meet business needs and are aligned with strategy
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Partner with business leaders to apply analytics to strategies and communicate implications
Key requirements- Strong quantitative, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Experience with data warehouses and large datasets
- Proficiency in experimental design and monitoring protocols
- Expertise in quantitative analysis techniques (regression, time series, clustering, etc.)
- Programming and tools: Python, SAS, SQL, R, JMP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Leadership, mentoring, and ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management
- Curiosity, problem-solving, and collaborative mindset
- Project management and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
