Director - CFO Technology Strategy & Transformation Business Transformation

In this role you will lead high-impact CFO tech transformation programs at Embark, guiding finance and technology leaders through digital finance initiatives. You will shape ERP strategy, automation opportunities, and enterprise architecture across global clients, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and control. As a senior leader, you'll drive practice development, team growth, and go-to-market efforts while embedding automation into finance functioning. • Serve as primary engagement lead for complex CFO technology transformation programs across finance, IT, and operations
• Design and implement finance technology strategies including ERP roadmaps and automation opportunities
• Manage global systems rationalization and ERP modernization (NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, SAP) from pre-implementation to optimization
• Translate finance requirements into scalable systems and automated workflows
• Lead discovery and deployment of process automation (RPA, workflow tools, AI/ML) for close-to-report, procure-to-pay, and quote-to-cash
• Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, resource allocation, and stakeholder experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or transformation within finance
• Proven leadership of complex transformation projects in ERP strategy, systems integration, or process optimization
• Working knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Alteryx)
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and enabling technologies
• Ability to advise and influence executive stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, Controllers)
