Responsibilities- Supervise complex audits and allocate tasks to associates and senior associates
- Develop staff through mentoring and technical training in the audit department
- Outline engagement objectives, issues, findings and recommendations
- Review workpapers and financial statements before Partner involvement
- Manage client relationships and ensure value-based professional service
- Evaluate costs, benefits and risks of alternatives for client solutions
- Contribute to business development and area of practice growth
- Monitor budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines; ensure timely project delivery
- Assist with client billings reflecting work performed
- Engage in community and industry functions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
- Ability to network and develop business
- Strong relationship management with internal teams and clients
