Responsibilities- Advise leaders on HR strategy aligned with company goals
- Drive organizational transformations during growth or restructuring
- Embed HR strategies in leadership planning and key business decisions
- Develop and promote policies and HR initiatives
- Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, succession planning
- Coach managers and executives to strengthen leadership capabilities
- Foster positive employee relations and address issues with guidance
- Leverage people analytics to forecast talent needs and inform decisions
- Lead change initiatives and embed a culture of innovation and teamwork
- Provide HR team support and ensure consistency across AES and other divisions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of direct HR Business Partner experience
- HR certifications preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR
