Overview

As an Architect at DLR Group, you will lead the design and technical development of projects within an integrated design team, ensuring quality, schedules, and budgets are met. You'll guide document delivery, BIM execution, and collaboration across disciplines, shaping design solutions and client communications. Responsibilities
  • Develop creative technical designs addressing design challenges while upholding design excellence
  • Integrate QA/QC and company protocols across project work with Project Managers
  • Assist in maintaining schedules and delivery of project documents
  • Plan, design, and coordinate projects of varying sizes including complex assignments
  • Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed
  • Ensure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control procedures
  • Lead collaboration within the project team and communicate design ideas
  • Provide technical guidance to junior staff and align cost estimates with design objectives
  • Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication
  • Manage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets
Key requirements
  • Undergraduate Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 4 years of professional architecture experience
  • Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
  • Competent in technical design and evaluating client needs
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Willingness to contribute to marketing and business development efforts
