Responsibilities- Engage in the design process to develop options that meet program goals
- Participate in client/municipal presentations and meetings
- Take ownership of tasks and lead design development for teams
- Direct design documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details), evaluate materials, coordinate with consultants
- Manage construction delivery, respond to RFIs, review submittals, perform site visits, prepare field reports
Key requirements- Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software
- Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and permitting process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- LEED AP, CPHC/CPHD and Architectural Licensure preferred
- Great team player with ability to handle multiple tasks
