Commercial Insurance Producer- Northeast Minnesota & Metro Twin Cities

As a Commercial Producer, you drive revenue by building and managing client relationships with small to mid-size companies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk solutions with client needs and leverage Gallagher's network of experts. You'll identify opportunities, engage clients proactively, and shape proposals and renewals that expand Gallagher's market share. This role offers meaningful impact through trusted client service and industry leadership in risk management.

• Prospect and acquire new clients via networking, industry engagement, referrals, and Branch Manager collaboration

• Develop proposals, contracts, and renewal agreements with Client Service Operations coordination

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year related experience with appropriate insurance licensing OR Bachelor's degree with Gallagher Sales Internship Program (GSIP) plus licensing OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years' experience
• Professional designation may be preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC, ARM)
