Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Kornit Digital, you safeguard customer value and satisfaction by guiding adoption, retention, and issue resolution across the portfolio. You partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery, renewals, and escalations, while mapping customer ROI and growth opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Support sales growth and relationship management through effective communication
  • Ensure adherence to Kornit maintenance guidelines to optimize system performance
  • Help customers leverage Kornit products and understand ROI via business-focused strategies
  • Manage Field Service Engineers at customer sites
  • Develop and own customer success plans for high-potential accounts
  • Present executive summaries to senior leaders
  • Lead project management and execution of customer and Kornit initiatives
  • Maintain status reports and process docs in Salesforce and Oracle
  • Create data-based monitoring tools for proactive customer outreach
  • Organize and lead contract renewal strategy with internal stakeholders
  • Identify retention/churn risks and drive renewal campaigns
  • Act as trusted advisor, mapping and expanding customer relationships within portfolio
  • Proactively identify issues and coordinate cross-functional mitigations
  • Conduct visits for goal setting and business reviews
  • Execute portfolio strategy to drive customer initiatives, product solutions, and retention
Key requirements
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer support or mission-critical services
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years supervising technical personnel
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to engage with customer management and key decision makers
  • Location in Los Angeles area
