Responsibilities- Organize and execute project safety compliance programs per company policies
- Initiate and lead project safety meetings for on-site teams
- Interface with client to obtain setup information and report status; draft significant correspondence
- Understand contract documents and develop/analysis of project documentation like codes of accounts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Plan and coordinate execution of physical work; develop and manage project schedule
- Coordinate schedule and plan with subcontractors and vendors; monitor progress
- Identify on-site activities that could impact progress or compliance; implement corrective actions
- Maintain project budgets, report monthly on progress and profitability
- Prepare, issue, and negotiate subcontracts and purchases; review invoices and change requests
- Prepare, quote, and negotiate contract changes with guidance
- Maintain open communication with support and business units; promote goodwill with clients and partners
- Supervise on-site project managers and staff; participate in bidding, pre-construction, budgeting, and continuous improvement programs
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management
- Familiar with lump sum, unit price, and competitive bid environments
- Proven ability to deliver Project Gross Margin
- Strong understanding of risk assessment policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate with and lead highly technical professionals
