Experience in commercial painting, insulation, interior demolition, or multiple related trades.
Train new and less-experienced workers in proper work methods.
Teach and support crew members while maintaining jobsite productivity.
Identify quality concerns and correct them before presenting the work for inspection.

Enforce safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work alongside the crew and perform physical construction tasks when needed.
Demonstrate dependable attendance, transportation, and communication.
Maintain strong attention to jobsite safety and completed-work quality.
Communication Expectations

We will also consider a qualified leader who speaks only English or Spanish, provided they are comfortable working alongside a bilingual partner and can maintain clear communication across the crew.
