Overview In this hybrid role based in Saint Louis, you will oversee U.S. and Canadian indirect tax compliance, reporting, audits, and process improvements. You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and other partners to ensure accurate tax filings and controls. You'll maintain tax systems, support audits, and help forecast tax liabilities. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape tax processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Manage U.S. sales and use tax and property tax compliance
- Prepare and review Canadian GST/HST filings
- Support tax audits, refund claims, and regulatory requests
- Review fixed asset reconciliations and property tax filings
- Maintain the indirect tax calculation and reporting system
- Coordinate monthly tax payments with Treasury
- Research indirect tax regulations and strengthen reporting processes and controls
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of experience; current Manager experience is required
- Strong U.S. sales and use tax and property tax knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Canadian GST/HST, SAP, and ONESOURCE experience preferred
