Overview As Senior Regional Sales Manager for Immunohistochemistry, you lead regional commercial execution to grow revenue, share, and talent across the territory. You'll manage a sales team, build key hospital and pathology partnerships, and translate market insights into growth plans. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to sustain customer satisfaction and drive portfolio adoption. Responsibilities- Lead regional sales execution to meet revenue, mix, profit, and market share targets for the Immunohistochemistry portfolio
- Develop and coach a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and field engagement
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain commercial talent with focus on territory planning, strategic selling, funnel management, and competitive conversion
- Drive consistent use of funnel reviews, forecasting, and DBS tools to improve visibility and execution quality
- Build senior-level customer relationships across strategic accounts (hospital leadership, pathology, procurement, contracts, etc.)
- Partner cross-functionally with Applications, Service, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and other teams to support retention, growth, implementation, and satisfaction
- Translate market trends, competitive dynamics, customer feedback, and regional insights into actionable growth plans and leadership recommendations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales leadership experience or equivalent commercial experience
- Prior people leadership or sales management experience with coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Experience in capital sales, contract negotiation, high-level selling, or matrixed environment selling
- Proven ability to influence across customers, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders
- Experience using or another CRM for funnel, forecast, and activity tracking
