Overview

In this role you will lead the product organization for a high-growth talent platform, aligning engineering, product, and leadership to execute strategic roadmaps. You will champion customer-centric product decisions, shape the vision, and drive top-line outcomes in a capital-efficient way. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into differentiated products. Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership, engineering, and product to define and execute roadmaps for a high-growth business line
  • Translate customer talent challenges into strategic product initiatives
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders and managers with a growth mindset
  • Socialize and align vision across executives, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
  • Analyze competitive landscape to differentiate Eightfold's offerings in talent acquisition and experience
  • Leverage Eightfold core tech strengths to integrate into products
  • Act as general manager of the product line and drive revenue in a capital-efficient manner with marketing and sales
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust product strategy as needed
  • Present strategic insights about products, competition, and customer adoption
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of product leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS products
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication
  • Proven track record delivering company-critical initiatives across the product lifecycle
  • Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback
