Overview

In this role you will lead supply chain planning for a 250-year-old manufacturing leader in Rochester, NH, driving master scheduling, inventory planning, and on-time delivery. You will partner with Operations to resolve constraints, optimize MRP signals, and guide data-driven decisions. The position supports continuous improvement and training across planning teams, with a clear path to leadership as the plant grows. You will influence cross-functional outcomes and uphold safety and ISO standards. This is a chance to shape a high-impact, growth-oriented supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Own critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer commitments
  • Drive accuracy of MRP signals to ensure seamless production and inventory flow
  • Partner with Operations to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track
  • Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Manage end-of-life inventory, liabilities, and new product implementations with minimal supervision
  • Leverage multi-system data to deliver analytics to leadership and train teammates on data access
  • Serve as escalation point within Planning and drive cross-functional solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities
  • Participate in and sustain 5S Standards and adhere to safety and ISO procedures
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in a global manufacturing/production environment
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and accurate planning signal management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS with ASCP
  • Ability to train others on manufacturing processes and Office applications
  • Prior experience in an Agile environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet timelines
  • Eligibility to relocate or reside near Rochester, NH (company-assisted relocation preferred)
