Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Platform Positioning

Overview

In this senior product marketing role, you own the strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging for DocuSign's CLM capabilities within the IAM platform. You will shape how the platform is perceived across product, sales, and marketing, ensuring a consistent, differentiated story at launches and campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll build messaging infrastructure to win in a competitive market and support analyst relations and major events. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and GTM execution to drive enterprise adoption and momentum.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the CLM positioning and narrative across the IAM platform, acting as the single source of truth for teams
  • Develop and evolve CLM messaging aligned with the platform narrative and go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure narrative consistency across CLM product launches and releases
  • Articulate differentiation of DocuSign's contract management within the IAM platform
  • Enable field and cross-functional teams on competitive positioning and platform messaging to drive enterprise deals
  • Contribute to analyst relations through briefing prep, messaging alignment, and content for Gartner/Forrester/IDC/Hackett Group
  • Support enablement for analyst rankings and evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape)
  • Contribute to high-impact programs like the user conference Momentum and Momentum OnTour to package the platform narrative for executive briefings and events
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS with proven positioning/messaging ownership
  • Experience with CLM or enterprise software translating complex capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with analyst relations activities and briefing/content development
  • Track record of delivering projects from concept to completion with minimal direction
  • Highly collaborative
