Overview In this role you lead the transformation of quality engineering across the enterprise, defining strategy, governance, and an automation-first engineering practice. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management, Security, and business leaders to raise quality, resilience, and delivery predictability. You'll establish standards, drive engineering excellence, and provide executive visibility into quality health and risk. Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise Quality Engineering strategy and governance
- Lead automation-first transformation across testing, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, APIs, and release pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve release confidence, stability, resilience, and risk remediation
- Build and mentor a high-performing Quality Engineering organization across multiple value streams
- Establish executive-quality metrics, dashboards, and governance processes for actionable insights into quality health and performance
Key requirements- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technology delivery, quality engineering, or enterprise technology leadership
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Quality Engineering in regulated environments
- Deep expertise in modern Quality Engineering, test automation, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, and release management
- Strong business, operational, and risk management acumen balancing speed, innovation, resilience, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management with experience influencing executive decisions
- Experience defining enterprise quality metrics, KPIs, governance dashboards, and executive reporting
