Responsibilities- Own lifecycle management of enterprise COTS applications (evaluation, implementation, optimization, retirement)
- Manage portfolio including iManage, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, Litigation Support tools, SharePoint, and SaaS like Box, HighQ
- Partner with stakeholders across legal, administrative, and IT to align capabilities with business needs
- Drive roadmap planning, vendor strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the team delivering reliable, secure, and scalable application services
