Overview

As Plant Manager you will lead the LA plant to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement. You will develop leaders, optimize processes, and ensure readiness with cross-functional partners to support product launches and growth. This role combines operational excellence with financial accountability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will shape the plant's impact on the business and customer experience by enabling reliable, scalable production.

Responsibilities
  • Lead safe, high-performing plant operations achieving SQDC objectives
  • Oversee production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse to meet demand and goals
  • Develop leaders and build organizational capability through coaching and engagement
  • Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency using Lean and data-driven decisions
  • Own plant performance and financial results, identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality for readiness and launches
  • Ensure equipment and facilities support current and future needs via maintenance and capital planning
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership with safety, quality, delivery, cost responsibilities
  • Proven success leading and developing teams in fast-paced manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of production, maintenance, quality, inventory, and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated success managing performance via SQDC metrics
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, cost control, and capital planning
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve problems and support decisions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership across all levels of the organization
