Educational Data Analysis and Research Framework Development 25% Design, implement, and maintain standardized research and data collection frameworks for programs operated across 7 public elementary school sites and 1 central main campus, serving approximately 200300 students. Collect, clean, code, and analyze student-level and program-level data related to enrollment, attendance, retention, classroom participation, homework completion, course progress, parent feedback, teacher feedback, and educational outcomes. 2. Cognitive and Behavioral Student Engagement Analysis 20% Design and conduct structured, non-clinical observation protocols to assess student engagement, attention, participation, collaboration, classroom behavior patterns, and learning support needs. Analyze cognitive and behavioral engagement indicators to identify patterns affecting student participation, learning consistency, classroom performance, and program effectiveness. 3. Educational Program Evaluation and Research Design 20% Evaluate the effectiveness of after-school programs, including academic enrichment, tutoring, STEM activities, language programs, homework support, and social-emotional learning activities. Design surveys, feedback forms, interview protocols, and evaluation tools for students, parents, teachers, and program staff. Analyze program performance data to assess instructional quality, student engagement, student retention, parent satisfaction, and learning outcome trends. Prepare recommendations for curriculum planning, staffing allocation, scheduling, student grouping, classroom engagement strategies, and family communication. 4. Behavioral and Educational Outcome Reporting 15% Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly research reports, dashboards, charts, and presentations for directors and leadership. Present findings on student engagement, program quality, retention trends, parent satisfaction, teacher feedback, and location-level performance. Translate raw educational and behavioral data into practical recommendations that support strategic planning, program design, instructional improvement, and operational decision-making. 5. Cross-Functional Research Communication 10% Serve as a research and data liaison among company directors, teachers, program staff, parents, and public elementary school site representatives. Communicate research findings, student engagement trends, parent feedback results, and program evaluation outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate with public elementary school personnel regarding program-related data needs, student participation trends, and school-location communication while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and student data privacy standards. 6. Training Support and Program Quality Improvement 5% Support teacher and program staff training by translating research findings into practical guidance, including student engagement strategies, classroom observation insights, learning support workflows, parent communication templates, and program quality improvement plans. 7. Bilingual Research Communication and Cross-Cultural Program Support 5% Communicate in both Mandarin Chinese and English with parents, students, teachers, company directors, program staff, and public elementary school personnel. Translate and adapt surveys, parent feedback forms, student engagement materials, observation documentation, program reports, and family communication templates between Mandarin Chinese and English. Ensure that research materials, data collection tools, parent communication, and program improvement recommendations are accessible and accurate for both Chinese-speaking families and English-speaking school partners.
