Overview In this remote role, you will manage and expand key accounts on the East Coast for non-alcoholic beverages, driving revenue, margin, and strategic objectives. You collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver Dohler ingredients and solutions, shaping portfolios and strengthening loyalty with customers. You will lead account planning, pursue growth opportunities, and ensure timely, accurate responses to customer requests. Responsibilities- Create, maintain and grow customer relationships to achieve company goals
- Collaborate with Beverage Customers to innovate portfolios using Doehler ingredients & ingredient systems
- Utilize CRM tools to provide visibility on projects and customers
- Execute annual sales planning and maintain customer forecasts
- Develop and implement sales initiatives aligned with business unit goals
- Support customers through professional relationship management with decision-makers and influencers
- Evaluate and align customer requirements to enhance loyalty and value
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align company and customer goals
- Implement operative targets for area of responsibility and update account development plans
- Achieve sales, volume and profit targets and address deviations with sales leadership
- Manage customer opportunities and ensure timely, accurate deliverables across teams
- Ensure customer requests are routed and responded to promptly and properly
Key requirements- College degree with a minimum of 5 years in food & beverage and/or ingredient industry
- Travel availability 25%-50%
