Plant Controller

In this role you drive accurate financial results for a multi-line plant, safeguarding assets and leading a small team. You partner with plant management and finance to deliver timely GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis, while guiding capital expenditure decisions. The position sits at the heart of operations, enabling continuous improvement and cost savings across the plant. You'll work in a fast-moving beverages environment, shaping financial strategy and supporting audits.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capex analysis
• Manage cost analysis and working capital reporting
• Ensure internal controls, policies, and statutory compliance
• Support audits (internal and external) and risk mitigation
• Develop and mentor direct reports in accounting, reporting, and inventory control
• Provide financial guidance to plant management for decision making
• Collaborate with cost accounting/inventory management and supply chain finance

• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
• Accountability, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and financial controls/compliance
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA/CMA or equivalent designation
• Manufacturing/costing experience; staff management experience
