Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you support project management services for clients, helping projects meet quality, time and cost goals. You'll establish governance, manage information flow, and build strong client and team relationships. You'll contribute to planning, status reporting, and documentation, while ensuring data is shared and retained. This role sits in a collaborative, growth-focused firm delivering transformative programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery
  • Help establish governance, processes, and systems for projects
  • Ensure key information is effectively shared and retained
  • Build and maintain relationships with client and team members
  • Interface with stakeholders, including executive management, consultants and vendors
  • Manage flow of project information between team members and stakeholders
  • Attend meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs
  • Develop detailed project plans and follow up on completion status
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and client dashboards
  • Prepare reports for various audiences including executive summaries
  • Assist with proposals for new projects or variations
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role where applicable
Key requirements
  • 3 years of professional experience in project controls or administration
  • Experience in a project coordination or administrative role within construction (preferred)
  • BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field (or relevant experience)
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite; especially Excel
  • Interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
