Estimating Manager(Civil)

In this Senior Estimator role, you will lead civil construction cost estimation and analysis to support project decisions. You'll work within the construction management team to forecast time, material, and labor needs, track actual costs, and communicate changes with stakeholders. You'll conduct site data gathering, use forecasting and budgeting tools, and present estimates to clients and project partners. • Analyze blueprints and project docs to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates
• Assess cost effectiveness and track costs as projects evolve
• Consult with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on cost changes
• Prepare cost and expenditure documentation throughout project duration
• Conduct site visits to gather data on workers, equipment, and materials
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Present estimates to clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Identify and quantify cost factors such as production time, materials, and labor expenses

• Bachelor in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience with civil focus preferred
• Strong communication skills and client correspondence experience
• Experience with estimating software and MS Office
