Overview As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you lead on-site teams to deliver vertical structures across sectors (k-12, medical, multi-family, retail). You ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance while coordinating subs, suppliers, and equipment. You'll shape job strategy, implement safety plans, and maintain thorough project records. Responsibilities- Oversee on-site work to ensure safety, plans, specifications, and schedule are followed
- Monitor performance of subs, suppliers, labor, and equipment on site
- Maintain quality control, enforce safety, and ensure site clean-ups
- Assist in devising job strategy and project safety plan
- Submit daily electronic reports (activity, time cards, cost codes, photos), and manage purchase/work orders
- Maintain project records (shop drawings, as-builts, product data sheets, logs)
Key requirements- Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent
- Minimum fifteen (15) years in the construction industry
- Knowledge of concrete and framing
- Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques in commercial construction
- Intermediate experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Oregon travel may be required
