As Buyer at Natera, you will manage directProcurement, supplier quotes, and requisitions to ensure cost-effective, timely material flow. You will collaborate with planning, manufacturing, and QA to optimize supply, resolve quality issues, and support new product launches. You will develop commodity plans and manage supplier relationships to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. • Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and PDO to acquire inventory cost-effectively and on time
• Process requisitions, change orders, and RFQs to suppliers
• Perform cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities
• Monitor cost of goods and negotiate for best value and quality
• Ensure uninterrupted material flow for designated commodity families
• Participate in Supplier Business Reviews
• Support procurement for new product launches
• Execute timely MRO processes and manage order changes or delays
• Gather, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations; execute RFPs/RFQs
• Enter purchase requisitions and manage Open Order Report for vendor on-time delivery
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to meet targets
• Communicate with departments on issues; interface with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Report select vendor KPIs

• Bachelor in Business
• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience, preferably in laboratory-related field
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, cost analysis, and supplier management
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
