Overview In this role you will manage complex defense litigation, focusing on general liability matters, across a collaborative national network. You will handle cases from start to finish, draft key documents, and engage with clients while benefiting from a flexible hybrid setup. You'll work with colleagues from multiple offices to tackle emerging legal issues and deliver sound counsel. Responsibilities- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Key requirements- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience
- Experience with general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sophisticated technical skills necessary
