Overview

In this role you will provide strategic executive and administrative support to the CEO, leadership team, and Board. You will coordinate executive operations, governance activities, and communications while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information. You will supervise the Executive Assistants and oversee administrative processes across the organization, enabling timely execution of critical business priorities. This position offers the opportunity to operate at the intersection of governance, travel, events, and stakeholder engagement in a safety conscious, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and prioritization of business priorities
  • Prepare and enhance presentations, reports, and executive communications
  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, materials, governance docs, and logistics
  • Administer Board materials via governance platforms
  • Arrange travel for Executives and Board members (itineraries, accommodations, visas, transport)
  • Oversee Executive and Board expense reporting and related admin activities
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor engagements, and purchase orders for executive operations
  • Coordinate corporate sponsorships, conferences, and strategic events
  • Provide leadership to Executive Assistants, including performance management and workload planning
  • Perform other duties aligned with role and responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
  • Significant experience providing executive-level support to C-suite and Boards
  • Experience managing complex travel, events, and stakeholder communications
