Responsibilities- Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for multiple roles
- Support hiring partners with strategic recruiting plans and future pipeline development
- Maintain and analyze data to influence recruitment strategy decisions
- Utilize sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse) to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
- Develop rapport with hiring leaders and translate business objectives into candidate profiles
- Drive DEI-focused search strategies and diverse talent pipelines
- Manage multiple searches concurrently
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and building candidate pipelines
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions (exempt and non-exempt)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects
