Overview In this role you will partner with NAPA leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and drive high-impact HR initiatives. You will support talent acquisition, planning, onboarding, development, and engagement to grow a scalable workforce. You'll manage the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and enable data-driven decisions across sites. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to shape talent and organizational outcomes in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities- Consult with leadership to forecast talent needs and drive acquisition, planning, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing requirements for priority operations
- Assess workforce capabilities with the HR Planning COE and managers; address readiness and succession gaps
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and employment documentation
- Manage onboarding, training, development, engagement activities, and offboarding
- Lead and support employee events, surveys, safety programs, and benefits enrollment
- Conduct data collection and analysis on the teammate lifecycle to inform decisions
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; manage payroll processing and time/attendance tracking
- Maintain HRIS data quality and employee files; support unemployment claims processing and benefits orientation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies
- Deliver HR operations excellence across designated sites
- Represent the company in compliance and regulatory matters as needed
Key requirements- High school diploma and 5 years experience in HR processes in a high-growth environment
- 1+ years proven ability to lead teams and drive results without direct reporting authority
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multiple locations to drive HR operations
- Solid understanding of core People functions (talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, performance management, compensation, compliance)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS, reporting and analytics tools
- Experience with payroll, compliance, benefits administration and unemployment claims
- Ability to handle confidential information and knowledge of HR laws and state-to-state differences
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, 2+ years leadership, SHRM/HRCI certification, Workday/Kronos experience
