Overview As a CNC Prototyping Engineer, you own end-to-end machining of aerospace prototypes, steering CNC programming, setup, and production to deliver precision parts on time. You'll act as the machining authority, partnering with design and manufacturing teams to drive manufacturability and scalable prototyping processes. You will manage multiple builds, set quality and throughput standards, and mentor peers while leading continuous-improvement initiatives. This fast-paced role challenges you to balance rapid turnaround with sustained build quality and to shape hardware development across the organization.
