Overview In this role you support Project Management clients and internal stakeholders to optimize JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. You'll manage Architects of Record and Construction vendor contracts to enable successful construction projects and drive strategic initiatives. You act as a subject matter expert on sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management, collaborating with client teams to deliver tangible client value. You will analyze market trends and report insights to stakeholders, while ensuring programs are implemented and compliant with policies.

Responsibilities- Support optimization of managed services operations and sourcing strategies
- Manage Architects of Record and Construction vendor contracts for project execution
- Lead field resources for strategic initiatives
- Act as SME for sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management
- Collaborate with client teams and JLL sourcing, facility and project management groups
- Perform market trend analysis and report client-ready insights
- Coordinate regional and national program implementation and governance
- Support supplier relationship programs and performance reviews
- Oversee RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes with project teams
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and risk management processes
- Liaise with Legal and Risk Management for contract review and approvals
- Prioritize work, assign deliverables, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings
- Collaborate on best practices with design/construction teams and other suppliers
- Support e-commerce procurement initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor degree
- 3+ years in strategic sourcing or related experience
- Project management and business transitions experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
- Strong analytical ability
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- PDS / Construction sourcing experience a plus
- TotalBid Project Management Software experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
