Overview As part of the National Tax team, you will help advance tax compliance and advisory services for diverse clients. You will engage in research, review returns, and develop technical memoranda, while identifying opportunities to expand engagements. You'll lead by mentoring staff and contributing to proposals, webinars, and thought leadership. This role blends technical tax expertise with client-facing collaboration in a growth-oriented, hybrid work environment. You'll work to deliver value, scale knowledge, and support the firm's broader tax practice and client goals.

Responsibilities- Research tax issues and filing requirements for compliance
- Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate complex tax issues using code and guidance
- Draft technical memoranda on tax topics
- Identify opportunities to expand scope of engagements
- Participate in proposal development and lead responses to RFIs/ RFPs
- Provide performance feedback and develop subordinates' skills
- Demonstrate initiative and independent thinking
Key requirements- 8+ years in public accounting
- Partnership/Corporate experience required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- CPA licensure
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of CaseWare or ProSystem fx
