Overview In this role you will support timely and accurate international GI financial reporting, coordinating statutory activities and leading Balance Sheet improvement initiatives. You will partner with regional controllership and transformation teams to enhance reporting processes, controls, and governance across IFRS and local statutory bases. You'll drive reporting efficiency, collaborate across functions, and contribute to a metrics-driven, transformation-focused controllership environment. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on accuracy, timelines, and financial stewardship.
Responsibilities- Ensure timely, accurate completion of GI International financial reporting and disclosures for quarterly and annual results
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and stakeholders to align reporting updates and resolve issues
- Lead Balance Sheet integrity and reconciliation quality improvement initiatives
- Strengthen governance across multiple reporting bases, including IFRS and local statutory requirements
- Review and streamline financial reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and controls
- Partner with Finance Transformation teams to implement enhanced reporting solutions across Controllership
Key requirements- 3+ years in financial reporting, accounting, or controllership in a public company; Big 4 experience a plus
- Bachelor in Accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred
- Strong Excel experience; SAP and Power BI a plus
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration
