Overview As Senior HRIS Analyst, you will own the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology platforms, guiding IMA through a strategic move from UKG to Workday. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to implement improvements, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable HR processes. You'll lead testing, reporting, security, and integrations, driving system stability and strategic HR technology initiatives. This role offers impact across HR operations and system modernization in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities- Administrate and maintain enterprise HR systems and related processes
- Configure HCM functionality, security roles, workflows, and reporting
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to implement system improvements
- Develop, validate, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrations
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Lead testing for releases, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and operational stability across HR tech
- Document configurations, requirements, and support procedures
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives related to HR tech
- Contribute to HR technology strategy and future-state implementations
Key requirements- Experience administering enterprise HRIS or HCM platforms
