Overview In this role you lead KLA's digital forensics, eDiscovery, and information governance within the Legal Compliance Organization. You mentor a global team and translate complex data into defensible findings to support investigations and regulatory matters. You will collaborate across Legal, Compliance, HR, Cybersecurity, IT, and business units to reduce risk and ensure compliant evidence handling. The role combines hands-on forensic work with strategic program leadership, including AI governance and cross-border investigations. You will help shape defensible processes at scale in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a global digital forensics and eDiscovery team (internal, contractors, vendors)
- Oversee defensible forensic analysis, evidence preservation, data collection, review support, and reporting
- Analyze evidence from endpoint DLP, Microsoft 365 Purview, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, SIEM logs, and mobile/cloud artefacts
- Manage evidence intake, chain-of-custody, and disposal in line with laws and legal holds
- Improve eDiscovery and ESI preservation workflows, including custodian IDs and data reconciliation
- Develop defensible approaches for AI-related evidence with human validation and controls
- Partner with Cybersecurity and IT on incident response and post-incident preservation
- Support special LCO projects on information governance, data mapping, and governance dashboards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5-7 years in digital forensics, investigations, or eDiscovery
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and manage vendors across regions
- Experience with legal holds, data requests, and eDiscovery management
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills
- Experience in a legal/compliance environment with privilege and confidentiality considerations
- Multinational company experience and willingness for international travel
