Overview As a Trial Attorney, you will manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution and aggressively advocate for clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with the legal team
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Represent clients confidently in court and at trial
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury experience strongly preferred)
- Proven deposition and courtroom experience
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
