Overview As Recruiter II, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for the team, supporting interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. You will handle exit interviews and employee status changes, contributing to a smooth personnel lifecycle. Your work will draw on substantial recruiting experience and judgment to meet goals with some independence. You will collaborate with the unit to fill roles and shape the candidate experience, bringing creativity to sourcing and process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to influence hiring at scale while working with cross-functional partners.

Key requirements- Bachelor
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or related area
- Familiarity with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
