Overview

In this role you will support a boutique Spokane law firm handling construction, real estate, contractual, and other civil/commercial disputes. You will work within a close-knit team to develop strategy and advance matters through litigation. The position offers mentorship, no billable requirement, and a clear path to partnership for committed attorneys. This is a growth-focused opportunity at a well-established firm with a client-centric practice.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in construction, real estate, contractual, and other civil/commercial disputes
  • Develop case strategies, perform legal research, draft pleadings and motions
  • Collaborate with partners and associates to advance litigation matters
  • Contribute to case management and discovery processes
  • Engage in practice development and client communications as appropriate
