Overview In this role you will lead construction programs for water and wastewater facilities in the Portland area, partnering with clients and contractors to deliver safe, on-time projects. You'll manage scopes, budgets, reports, and schedules to meet client objectives, while guiding teams through complex surveys, procurement, and field activities. Responsibilities- Manage project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules to meet client objectives
- Coordinate with clients and contractors; oversee day-to-day field activities
- Enforce safety, quality assurance, and change management across projects
- Monitor and control project performance including scheduling and cost management
- Lead preconstruction and procurement through close-out for full-cycle projects
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and keep stakeholders aligned
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 10+ years of Construction Management experience on water/wastewater projects
- Knowledge of construction practices, safety requirements, and material/plan/spec handling
- Valid driving record
- Proficiency with project management tools, notably Primavera P6 and Procore
