Associate Attorney - Antitrust

In this role you will join a global law firm's antitrust practice to defend companies in civil conduct investigations and navigate complex merger reviews. You will work within a cross-office team to litigate Section 1, 2, and 7 matters while drafting motions and briefs. You'll contribute to depositions, witness prep, and interviews, applying insightful research and persuasive writing. • Handle civil conduct and merger/joint venture analyses and investigations
• Litigate antitrust matters, including drafting substantive motions and briefs
• Participate in depositions, witness prep, and interviews
• Provide antitrust compliance counseling related to product pricing and distribution
• Represent clients in DOJ, FTC, FCC, and state AG investigations

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited top 50 law school
• Bar membership, active and in good standing, in DC or NY (office location dependent)
• Experience working for an AmLaw 200 law firm
• 3-5 years of antitrust experience
