Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity)
- Keep files organized with up-to-date checklists and accurate documentation
- Issue draft contracts, handle enquiries, and prepare files for exchange and completion
- Review search results and mortgage offers and report issues
- Coordinate with accounts and post-completion teams to smooth processes
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients and professional contacts
- Perform general office administration and workload management, including staff supervision
- Ensure compliance with UK Finance guidelines and uphold professional communication
Key requirements- Five years of experience handling residential conveyancing caseloads independently
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures
- Proficient in case management systems (e.g., LEAP) and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with full conveyancing process and roles of support teams (accounts and post-completion)
