Overview As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide HR support for ATI's NC Operations. You will drive organizational effectiveness, change, and talent initiatives to align HR with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage employee relations, talent development, and performance processes. This role offers impact across manufacturing operations and a chance to shape workforce capability in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities- Drive organizational effectiveness within the NC Operations
- Lead change initiatives across the business unit
- Manage talent, succession, and workforce planning
- Build relationships and broker HR services across teams
- Act as a coach and confidant to leaders and employees

- Facilitate employee relations issues and resolutions
- Project management to support HR initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist/business partner experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
