Overview In this role you lead Specialist teams within Operations, overseeing escalations, process development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities- Lead direct reports and set performance plans to drive results
- Ensure quality and accuracy of work products
- Develop and execute program and process strategies
- Analyze partner- and program-level drivers to improve performance and manage projects
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners
- Respond to escalated consumer issues and identify compliance risks
- Conduct ongoing training for new hires as needed
Key requirements- 1-3 years' experience in a People Management role
- High School Diploma
