Overview

In this role you will partner with leaders to shape a positive, high-performing culture and support workforce initiatives across the business. You'll provide practical HR guidance on employee matters, engagement, and development while aligning with the company mission to make healthcare safer and more sustainable. The position is hands-on, with responsibilities spanning onboarding to organizational design and compliance, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will help drive retention, Learning & Development, and continuous improvement across the People & Culture function.

Responsibilities
  • Provide practical advice on employee relations, onboarding, exits, and organizational development
  • Partner with business leaders to boost employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Lead trainings and facilitate development sessions
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and organizational design with P&C leadership
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration including performance reviews
  • Analyze turnover data and provide insights to improve retention and recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Support recruitment initiatives with the hiring team across the U.S.
  • Contribute to broader P&C projects to drive continuous improvement
Key requirements
  • 6-12 years in Human Resources with focus on employee relations and organizational development
  • Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Workday; strong Word, Excel, Outlook skills
  • Broad knowledge of employment law, recruitment practices, industrial instruments, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
