Responsibilities- Lead a team of tax professionals, delegate tasks, and ensure high quality output
- Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with current regulations
- Provide consulting on M&A, tax planning, and corporate restructuring
- Conduct tax research to identify planning opportunities
- Prepare and review tax returns for clients and ensure compliance
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services
- Train and mentor team members
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 6+ years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience
- Public accounting experience
- International tax experience preferred
- CPA preferred
- Experience with S-Corp, Partnership, Individual, and Corporate returns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of tax software and technology
- State and local tax compliance and planning experience
