Overview

In this remote HRBP role, you support the Sales and Marketing teams across the U.S., partnering with leadership to shape workforce strategy and drive operational excellence. You'll collaborate with recruiting, compensation, and regulatory teams to align people programs with business goals. Your impact spans succession planning, leadership development, policy implementation, and performance improvement, in a mission driven home health and hospice organization.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruiting to fill regional vacancies and participate in candidate selection
  • Coordinate and participate in College Recruitment within the region
  • Collaborate on workforce planning with VPOs and RPDs
  • Monitor regional turnover and support succession planning initiatives
  • Lead succession planning processes and develop leadership profiles for high potentials
  • Develop and deliver training programs; oversee development plans for the region
  • Assist compensation with job descriptions and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; minimize liability
  • Assist Benefits with rollout of new programs; communicate initiatives
  • Review personnel actions to ensure policy adherence and warranted actions
  • Provide supervisory training on performance evaluations, coaching, wage/hour, FMLA, ADA; other general management topics
  • Support changes in compensation, job/status changes, market adjustments with region
  • Contribute to policy development and HR best practices to meet strategic goals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Key requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, benefits, and training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Desired: HRIS experience and Microsoft Access
  • Desired: SPHR or equivalent
  • Desired: experience with EEOC and DOL investigations and wage/hour audits
  • Excellent oral/written communication
